De Nederlandse Emmy Jaarsma werd afgelopen weekend in Parijs verkozen tot “The Hat Designer of the Year 2011”. Met haar ontwerpen wist zij volgens de vakjury én de publieksjury het beste uiting te geven aan het thema “La Dolce Vita”.
